I started Evans Wellness to share practices that promote health and wellness and make me feel good. With over 40 years of experience in Yoga and Meditation, I have recently embraced Reiki and Energy work to further enhance my well-being. The purpose of Evans Wellness is to help others achieve optimal health and feel good in their daily lives. 

At Evans Wellness, I offer a diverse range of services including Reiki, Meditation, Yoga, Forest Bathing, Sound Baths, Spiritual Gardening, and Cycling group rides.
